What You'll Be Doing
Perform equipment and facility area cleaning on a regular and as-needed basis
Perform general housekeeping including removing trash and recycling from the production floor to appropriate containers
Reference and verify the master sanitation schedule and document all cleaning and sanitizing activities
Understand and follow all equipment cleaning SOPs
Using the appropriate cleaning and sanitizing solution, apply to all surfaces, scrubbing all surfaces and parts as needed
Maintain a safety and quality mindset
The Best Candidate Will Have:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Prior experience in a sanitation role
Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
Ability to constantly stand, walk, reach with hands and stooping/kneeling
Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
Strong teamwork mentality and eager to work in a team environment
Comfort working in cold and wet conditions
