We are hiring a Sanitation Technician at our plant in Bonduel, WI (about 30 miles northwest of Green Bay, WI). In this role you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing manufacturing facilities and equipment in a timely manner in accordance with all company, state, and federal regulations. Performs all activities necessary for cleaning and sanitizing of equipment in the finished and raw product areas. Ensuring that all duties are performed in accordance USDA, SSOP, HACCP, FDA, GMP all safety policies and procedures and any other established policies and requirements necessary. We are willing to train!

We offer a competitive hourly wage based on experience along with profit sharing plan with 401K and match. Health, dental, life, and short-term disability. We are also offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Hours for this role are M-F with shifts starting at either Noon or 1pm with rotating every other Saturday with shorter hours.

What you will be doing:

• Works with multiple production departments to schedule sanitizing and cleaning assignments responding to reports of sanitation problems and USDA and FDA issues.
• Reviews and signs off on daily sanitation / cleaning sheets to comply with company regulations.
• Works with the quality department to ensure equipment is cleaned and sanitized according to company policies.
• Investigates ways to reduce waste, increase efficiency in cleaning, and to improve equipment.
• Adjusts daily schedule as needed to meet sanitation requirements.
• Responsible to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with company mission values code of ethics policies and other standards of conduct.
• Assist with general cleaning and housekeeping throughout the plant as needed.
• Fundamental knowledge of the location of cleaning supplies.

• Ability to adapt effectively within a continually changing and demanding environment.
• Basic understanding of equipment operations, and minor troubleshooting ability.
• Must be able to demonstrate an ability and willingness to communicate effectively in order to maintain high levels of safety, quality, and efficiency.
• High School Diploma or general education degree
• Sanitation experience preferred but not required we are willing to train.
