Responsible for working with Warehouse and Sanitation Team. Employee will sweep coolers and freezers daily with warehouse. Employee will aid Sanitation in cleaning and sanitizing production equipment. Production equipment includes, mats, containers, meat cutting tables, conveyor belts, etc. Sanitation event involves 1) washing down equipment to remove debris and food residue, 2) cleaning with foaming alkaline cleaner, 3) rinsing and inspecting equipment, and 4) apply a no-rinse sanitizer. Additional actions are to dispose inedible food waste from sanitation and squeegee water from floor post-sanitation. Duties signed off daily on master sanitation schedule.
