Job Summary:

The Sales Support Representative ensures timely and accurate order processing of Capital equipment, customer specific and disposable orders from the time of receipt to final billing to customer. The position supports both internal and external customers, and acts as a liaison between the customer and multiple internal Getinge departments. In addition to order processing, the position assists in resolving any logistics and billing issues. The position may be asked to support data analysis and trend analysis to support management with process optimization and business process reviews. Furthermore, the position assists in training of new and/or lesser-experienced team members.

Job functions:
Ability to handle complex customer inquiries and receive, review, and process purchase orders.
Deliver revenue backlog in full and uses SAP to manage inventory levels and process/ track purchase orders.
Create supplier purchase orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery distribution.
Prevent slippage by examining backlog, operations logs, etc.
Ensure on-time delivery of customer orders and manage logistics of shipments based on customer needs.
Ensure seamless importation of inventory by working with Import/Export Compliance Specialist.
Carry out billing and reporting activities in accordance with customer requirements.
Liaise between Sales, Service, and Finance teams, Supply Chain, Credit and Collections, Demo and Returns, Warehouse as well as Customers and Vendors.
Interface with factory and Supply Chain logistics to ensure that the correct equipment configurations are ordered.
Create and process Service Orders for installation.
Responsible for processing demo related orders.
Responsible for processing the trade-in order process and ensure install base is updated.
Responsible for creating return authorizations, credit memos and debit memos within company guidelines.
Responsible for running open order reports and providing monthly order demand for allocation.
Performs other related duties and special projects as required or assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
A minimum 2 years of related experience with a good understanding of specified functional area.
A minimum 2 years full Cycle Customer Service and Sales Order Management or Supply Chain experience.
A minimum of 2 years' SAP experience or equivalent ERP System.
Understanding of the logistics business cycle and experienced in Reverse Logistics Functions.
Understanding of Purchase orders and their legality.
Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, maintain a strong attention to detail, and work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Available to work on various company holidays and closings when business needs require.
