Club Pilates was one of the first studios to create a 500-hour Teacher Training program designed to thoroughly and safely teach group Pilates apparatus classes. Position: We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic sales associates to join our studio family. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Pilates and helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. If you are a confident, driven and focused person with sales experience and a willingness to learn, you would be a great addition to our team. We are looking for sales associates that are responsible, friendly and outgoing with the ability to adapt in an ever-changing fast paced diverse environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Manage customer service emails and customer service phone calls.
-Provide excellent customer service to all clients and potential clients
-Support General Manager with various duties
-Take charge of all studio needs in the absence of the GM
-Assist the GM in selling memberships to clients, marketing support, community events, and any other task deemed beneficial to generating revenue
-Assist GM in retaining current clients and following up on client's concerns/needs
-Exercise strong reasoning ability and be able to apply common sense, as well as carry out detailed, written or oral instructions; must possess a strong ability to deal calmly and logically with problems and people, even under pressure
