Campers Inn RV of Philadelphia is part of the nation's largest chain of family-operated RV dealerships with 30+ locations across the U.S. Our busy Service Department is hiring RV Service Advisors / Writers to advise customers on service options and costs when their recreational vehicle needs repair. Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of RV mechanical operations and excellent customer service and sales skills.

Essential Job Functions:
Identifies RV problems and services by listening to customer's description of symptoms
Verifies warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions
Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles
Prepares repair orders (RO)
Handles customer complaints and maintains high customer satisfaction standards
Periodically checks on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contacts the customer as needed to keep them up to date with their RV's status
Qualifications - RV Service Advisor:
RV Service Advisor or RV Service Tech experience is preferred but not required
Service Advisor experience in Automotive, RV, Powersports, Marine or other related fields is a plus!
Recreational Vehicle operational knowledge is preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and strong work ethic
A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance

High school diploma or equivalent is required
