Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Executes work orders while diagnosing and repairing recreational vehicle equipment and structures while determining best product for repair. Keeps track of parts and materials used in repair or replacement activities. Keeps supervisor apprised of work progress and ensures that the final work. product is inspected by supervisor or designee. Performs related troubleshooting tasks based on skill level. Remove vehicle trim to gain access to vehicle body Can properly fill depressions with body filler and ensure a quality repair Able to remove damaged parts using power tools and cutting torch Bolt or weld replacement parts in position using power tools and welding equipment File, grind and sand repaired surfaces, using power tools and hand tools Replace bolts on panels and align properly Make cosmetic repairs Perform other duties as assigned by management Use special equipment to restore damaged metal frames and body sections back to original specifications Able to develop appropriate and efficient methods for each job Requirements: PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE in custom vehicle painting / automotive painting / RV painting or Metal/Body Work Ability to prep, refinish, and color match Must have experience in base coat clear coat applications Must have experience with fades, pearls, and stripes Finish major painting repairs Complete work in high quality manner Additional Skill Sets: Fiberglass Repair and Finishing Metal Replacement RV Collision repair The Company: RV Retailer is the fastest growing RV Company with more than 90+ RV dealerships across the country and continues to grow rapidly.
