Job Skills / Requirements Hourly Rate: $17.00/ hr + $250 monthly gas allowance Location 1. N Pima Rd & Legacy Bldv. This position requires the porter to work from 7:00am - 12noon 5X per week; Monday - Friday; 5 hours per day = 25 hours total per week Location 2. N 7th Ave. & W. Deer valley Rd 3X per week; Monday, Wednesday, Friday; 1.5 hours per day = 4.50 hours total per week Location 3. N. 19th Ave & W Rose Garden Ln 2X per week; Tuesday & Thursday; 1.5 hours per day = 3 hours total per week As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you'll be: Patrol exterior and perimeter, landscaped and common areas of property. Remove all trash and debris as needed. Clean up all common area walkways and shop entrance areas of all trash and debris. Dust all lights, window frames/sills, ledges, and remove cobwebs up to 12ft. Dust exterior surfaces of directories and mailboxes as needed. Empty trash containers, replace liners, clean/sanitize/ damp wipe exterior surface. Clean all ash urns and refill with sand as needed. Clean all bird feces off walkways. Remove flyers/mail from vacant spaces. Clean up dead bugs, flush toilets and run sink water in vacancy restrooms. Remove and dispose of all non-shopping center signs, flyers, and posters. Inspect and clean dumpster enclosures of all trash and debris. Keep gates closed and lids shut. Inspect storage room, sweep and clean up dust and debris. Take pictures and report the following to management team: Graffiti, missing or broken signs, property damage, water leaks, broken landscaping, etc. Bulk trash items in and around dumpster enclosures Tenants leaving boxes or storage outside their premises Tenants leaving a mess with leaky trash bags going to dumpster Illegal use of property such as swap meet, parking lot activities or storage of large equipment, etc. Tenants moving in or out of property.
