Novaspect, Inc., an Emerson Impact Partner and global leader of process systems and solutions, is currently offering several full-time positions to join our world-class rotational engineering program. Based in our Schaumburg IL location, you will participate with a cohort of rising engineers and work with multi-faceted engineering teams across the Midwest. Beginning in July 2023, this 12 month accelerated training program will allow you to develop the technical skills to design, install, start up, and maintain some of the best control systems in the country. At the end of the program, you will be relocated to a challenging position serving our customers in the Illinois, Minnesota, or Iowa / Nebraska region. What you get to do: Develop technical skills in automation engineering through a series of dynamic training and development activities, a combination of e-learning, in-person courses and hands-on experiences in the office and at customer sites Cooperatively work with local and global engineering teams to design, support and implement projects for some of the most innovative manufacturing companies in the world Participate in customer site activities, including control system commissioning and startup, cybersecurity improvements and system modernization Requirements Your qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Industrial, Electrical, Computer, Mechanical Engineering or Associates Degree in related field preferred 0-2 years of work experience in a related field Ability to maintain permanent employment in the United States Ability to work in the Schaumburg, IL office for 12 months starting Monday, July 10, 2023 Upon completion of the program, willingness to work out of one of our Novaspect locations: Schaumburg, IL, Chanhassen, MN or in the Iowa / Nebraska region A valid U.S. driver's license Permanent work authorization to work in the United States Physical requirements of the role: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
