Roofing Repair Technician
This person is responsible for the following but is not limited to;
Ability to assess roof damage to provide a course of action to resolve the customer's concerns
Roofing experience on both asphalt and rubber membraned roofs
Ability to repair / replace flashing, ridge vents, install roofing vents, boots, skylights
Provides customer with estimate for requested work
Collects a signed contract prior to start of repair
Collects payment at completion of job
Communicates / schedules repair date and time with customer and lead repair technician
Ability to work safely and follow direct orders / contracts
Knowledge of roofing procedures and materials
Ability to work and take direction with others
Ability to carry 50lbs independently
Ability to stand, move and work on a ladder
Valid drivers license
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to $21.00 per hour
