Job Description:

We are seeking Roofers with interest in performing additional construction activities! We produce our modular homes year-round in a TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED factory, so all work performed is indoors! Great schedule as well from 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday-Friday! No overtime or weekends! Pay range: $19.00 - $25.00 based on experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Roofing: Preparation of roofing surfaces/decking and installation of various roofing materials such as EPDM, Steel, Asphalt Shingle, Ice & Water barrier, felt underlayment, ventilation materials, drip edge, and more.

Qualifications:
3+ years of well-rounded Carpentry experience with focused strength in roofing installation activities associated with Residential, Modular Home, or Multifamily Unit construction
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to pass a drug test
