For additional information about APA Corporation, please visit: Portfolio Sustainability Investors Specific Responsibilities The Remote Operations Center Team Lead, for Apache Corporation will be a member of Apache's Operations Excellence team at the company's Midland, TX office reporting to the ROC Supervisor. This role will be primarily responsible for the following: Provide leadership and mentorship to all ROC Operators. Lead projects to support ROC operations and efficiency improvements. Develop KPIs to support ROC output and present to Operations management. Collaborate with Operations and Operations Support Team to achieve corporate goals. Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures. Create and maintain ROC Operator schedules. Complete 3rd party vendor invoice reconciliations. Provide backfill for ROC Supervisor and ROC Operators as required. Qualifications & Experience The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of five years oil and gas field production operations experience. Minimum of one year oil and gas remote operations experience. Minimum of one year experience in a leadership/supervisory role.
