Roadway Design Project Engineer- PE CP&Y an STV Company has an immediate career opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineer (PE) to join our Roadway Design Team. We are hiring in all of our Colorado, Oklahoma and Texas offices. Requirements: Graduate of an ABET certified Civil Engineering program, a registered PE and at least 5 years of experience Primary duties: Roadway design, utility coordination and production of roadway sheets, supervision of EIT's and CAD Technicians Roadway projects include work for DOT, City, and County clients involving feasibility studies, alternative analysis, public involvement, roadway design, traffic design, and some drainage design familiarity. Design efforts on larger varied and complex transportation projects in team coordination and provides design decisions under the direction of a Project Manager, Manages small to mid-sized transportation projects, Assists in data collection, technical analyses, and written documentation with supervision, as needed Is actively involved in client interaction and participation in presentations in a supporting role, Familiarity with ArcView GIS software and highly proficient in Excel is a plus Responsible for job specific quality system tasks as defined in the quality manual.
