We are seeking a Rework Technician to join our team! You will help oversee operational activities and ensure excellent quality control.

ATTENDANCE BONUS ELIGIBLE: Up to an additional $230 per bi-weekly pay period for perfect attendance.
Starting wage is $20.00 per hour for 1st Shift Production Associate.
Available shift: 1st Shift: Monday through Friday - 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (Two 10 Min Breaks & 30 Min Lunch)
The rework technician will perform the disassembly and inspection of rejections from the CTL line. The associate will be responsible for evaluating the root cause of the failure, dispositioning the components from the teardown, and reporting the findings.
Principal Accountabilities:
Disassemble line rejections from the CTL line
Determine root cause of the failure based on findings from teardown
Identify components and subassemblies as scrap, return to stock, or claim
Provide detailed notes on observations from disassembly and inspection of material
Reference line data to understand test bench failures and troubleshoot repeat failure modes
Track reintroduction of material to the line
Send material to lab for analysis of suspect dimensions
Review important quality points with assembly associates (proper installation method, component condition, etc)
Maintain accountability of assigned area, tools, and equipment
Perform other duties as requested or required by management
Education/Experience:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Knowledge and use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Understanding of basic commercial tools and comfortable with use
Competencies:
Good decision-making abilities and leadership skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with others
Works efficiently, stays focused, and performs tasks in a timely manner
Good verbal and written communication skills
Adherence to safety regulations within the workplace
Quality driven mindset and problem-solving focus
Mechanical aptitude
Ability to handle and lift 50 lbs maximum
