Cor-tech is hiring for a Reverse Logistics Associate for our client in Waterbury, VT
About Reverse Logistics Associate:
1st shift 7:30-4pm
$17 an hour
Paid Weekly
Reverse Logistics Associate Responsibilities:
• Process warranty claims. This involves identifying the correct style and value of the product returned and issuing customers' replacement credit.
• Track, record, and present warranty data.
• Communicate with postal carriers to make sure warranties are moving smoothly.
• Work with the Quality Department to identify areas of continuous improvement.
• Work with the Customer Service team to ensure warranty service levels are being met and identify opportunities for service recovery when necessary.
• Work with the Product Development team to help identify areas of continuous improvement.
• Work with the Logistics Supervisor (B2C) to continuously improve the warranty process.
• Support inbound receiving and returns processing when necessary.
• Maintain warehouse safety protocols
Reverse Logistics Associate Qualifications:
• A strong Customer Service orientation and attitude.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong product knowledge (or ability to learn about product).
• Knowledge of warehouse operations best practices.
• Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
• Forklift certified or able to become forklift certified.
• Must comply with all safety requirements.
• Ability to perform the physical labor necessary.
Reverse Logistics Associate Working Conditions:
•Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with regularity.
•Stand and walk for entire shift of 8 hours.
•Bend and reach while accessing product for entire shift of 8 hours.
•Read and audit shipping labels and warranty data.
•Manufacturing environment - exposure to machinery, noise, and other adverse conditions for limited periods of time depending on the role.
•Flexible nature to manage competing and changing priorities.
•Mandatory Overtime in November and December.
•Some computer skills are necessary as well as working closely with our Customer Service, Quality and Product Development teams.
•Solid communication and a customer service kinds of flair as well.
