Oasis Marketing Inc is currently hiring _Customer Services Representatives_ to become an integral part of our team at our newest location in Bakersfield.
HOURLY POSITION + WEEKLY BONUSES & COMMISSIONS
You will be responsible for provide excellent customer service, selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
Provide Excellent Customer Service with a positive and professional attitude
Scheduling New orders / Appointments
Facilitate in-store promotional advertising to customers.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Assist customers with billing, technical support or account issues.
Provide product and service support.
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Perform other task as assigned by manager
Manage in-store relations including customer service
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in marketing, advertising, retail
Ability to Work (In-Person) flexible shifts ( weekdays/weekends)
Customer service
Brand management
Product Representation
Flexible Schedule
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Open to travel
Must be 18 years or older
