We are looking for a Resident Project Representative (RPR) for our Greensboro, NC office to execute exciting and challenging aviation projects. The Resident Project Representative will work alongside project teams and under the direction of a local senior team to perform the following tasks: • Construction work planning and coordination • Construction administration process planning and development • Provide full time on-site inspection services • Serving as task lead on various client tasks covering a wide range of construction management subjects • Communicating between Contractor, Owner, Design and Construction Administration teams • Review and understand specifications and drawings • Review project submittals and confirm what is being installed in the field • Review Contractor pay applications and confirm quantities being installed • Display strong communication and interpersonal skills and can work in a fast-paced consulting environment with multiple deadlines • Drive ownership of health & safety in all aspects of project execution, office and personal environments Here's What You'll Need: The ideal candidate should possess the following knowledge and skills: • Passion for aviation • 3+ years of experience in field construction oversight • Have a familiarity with North Carolina Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control Standards • Have familiarity with previously paving projects • Ability to obtain airport security credentials • Valid North Carolina driver's license Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
