We are looking for a Resident Project Representative to join our Northeast Water business in Buffalo, NY . In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between the engineers and the contractors throughout construction phase. Specific responsibilities will include: - Provide on-site observation of civil, piping, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical and controls construction associated with water and wastewater treatment facility modifications- Perform operational and administrative data collection and analysis while maintaining appropriate reports and records- Represent GHD to clients, regulatory agencies, the public, and other interested parties- Assist with shop drawing reviews- Field verification of conformance with contract documents- Document information to prepare record drawings- Assist with contract close-out documentation Successful skills and qualifications: - High School Diploma/GED- At least 5 years of experience in construction observation and/or construction management which includes water and wastewater facility construction- Working knowledge of mechanical process equipment- Willing and able to travel throughout Western NY If you are interested in pursuing this position, please submit your application below!
