• Meet all service level agreements as assigned
• Utilize and manage appropriate ERP business systems. Position Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old - HS Diploma or GED
  • 6+ months of customer service, experience in a fast paced, collaborative, team environment
  • MS Outlook & Excel experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
