Experience working with ammonia or plants with ammonia is highly sought

Responsibilities:

Liaison between Maintenance and Project Engineering.

PM effectiveness validation.

Monitor predictive maintenance programs.

Assist PDM monitoring system.

Assists Maintenance Supervisors and Planners with technical maintenance issues.

Establishes maintenance best practices.

Performs RCA/RCFA's on contributors of yield, utilization, and capacity losses (attributed to equipment, processes, etc.).

Identifies and resolve chronic failures.

Establishes and monitor predictive maintenance program.

Calculates asset life-cycle and costs.

Performs criticality analysis and defines critical spares.

Conducts asset risk/health analysis.

Provides support to site's Business Interruption/Loss Prevention programs.

Experience and Education:

Mechanical Engineer or Chemical Engineer degree / experience from accredited university.

Experience in fertilizer manufacturing, granulation, surface mining preferred.

Experience with piping, pressure vessel, etc.

Experience working on or with heavy equipment in manufacturing and process
