Position Responsibilities
Manage multi-disciplinary teams of facilities staff including maintenance, grounds and custodial workers.
Lead, train and develop Facilities Managers and staff across our multiple Northeast locations.
Ensure appropriate staffing levels and leadership.
Train, coach and provide feedback for facilities staff, including facilitating annual performance reviews.
Accurately plan budgets capital expenses and projects.
Audit and inspect all building features, systems, landscaping and appearance.
Develop policies and guidelines for facilities inspection, set-up, maintenance and repair.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree. Master's degree preferred.
3 - 5 years with multiple warehouses or retail locations.
Experience working with budgets in excess of $5 million.
Experience managing and developing computerized maintenance management systems.
Experience with large warehouse and office facilities.
Ability to travel to Uline's domestic and international locations.
