We are looking for individuals to fill in the role of Recreation and Team Building Specialist with our Team Building program at our Annandale, Eden Prairie, and Maple Lake locations. These openings are year-round/seasonal positions.

Must be 18 years or older to apply

Events shift times 9am-2pm or 1pm-5pm
Work 4-5 days a week or as little as one day a week!

Home Base Locations:
Camp Friendship/Camp Courage (Annandale/Maple Lake)
Camp Eden Wood (Eden Prairie)
Travel to event site with teammates

The Team Building program specializes in team building professional and leadership development by utilizing a mix of high ropes elements and ground-based initiatives to create moments of impact for our participants. We work with a wide range of clients from elementary school children to corporate workforce teams.

This position is part time with a flexible schedule and is not eligible for benefits.

Responsibilities for Recreation and Team Building Specialist:

Facilitate, instruct, and supervise cooperative team building activities
Set up, take down, and properly store equipment utilized in activities
Ensures success and assists in development of the program

Work Environment:

Works both indoors and outdoors
May be subject to physical aggression and challenging behaviors
Works in precarious or high locations

Qualifications for Recreation and Team Building Specialist:

This is a very physical position and requires a wide range of motion and the ability to move continually during work hours
Must be able to pass an organizational background check
Ability to handle physical aggression and challenging behaviors
Ability to work with individuals of all ages, and individuals with disabilities
