We are seeking a Recovery Coordinator to join our growing team! Reporting to the Asset Recovery and Remarketing Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with vendors while identifying the best interests of the company. You will be reviewing and making decisions on inventory within company guidelines in a timely manner. You will also be working closely with other team members while independently making decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Day to day review of inventory
Review and approve condition reports for vehicles to ensure readiness for liquidation
Validate and confirm required documentation is on file
Communicate with vendors in a productive and professional manner
Manage vendor expectation with company interests in mind
Follow directions and procedures based on the provided workflow
Perform other administrative functions as required

We are looking for a candidate with...

General Vehicle and/or Power Sports knowledge
Work experience in the automotive industry
A good understanding of the Remarketing Process
Strong interpersonal skills for vendor communication
Experience in reading and reviewing Condition Reports highly desired
Proficiency in MS Office applications including MS Excel
A keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills
Capacity to effectively set and manage multiple conflicting priorities to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and within a team

Working Environment

Fulltime, permanent employment (40 hrs/week)
Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM
Working onsite in our office in Pickering, ON
