Job Overview
Wonderful high net worth family in Rancho Santa Fe looking for a career nanny to be with their family long term (3-5 years). Ability and desire to travel with the family on occasion is needed. Children are 5, 2, and 7 months old with the older two in school 5 days a week.
Schedule: 40 hours a week. 5 days a week including one weekend day, with one weekend entirely off a month. Schedule consists of 2-3 morning shifts and potentially 2-3 evening shifts. 7:30-3:30 or 1-8 or 9 pm.
Pay: $25- $30/hr, on the books and potential for raise after 6 months. Holiday bonus every year. Potential for health care down the road. PTO starting after 6 months. Paid holidays.
