Description:

• Maintain and improve the calibration and Preventive maintenance program for the Lucira, including scheduling all in-house calibrations, equipment/instrument repair & troubleshooting with an outside calibration supplier. • Upload calibration/PM records and calibration/PM status in the equipment control database • Assign Asset # for newly acquired gauges/equipment • Request calibration quotes for new acquisitions and submits requisitions for approval • Initiate Out of Tolerance Reports for calibration failures, perform OOT investigations and write associated reports • Perform device failure analysis • Assist in Quality Engineers in Nonconformance (NCR) and CAPA investigations and corrections. • Provides Quality support for manufacturing-related activities. • Maintains Quality System data and prepares reports. • May inspect, measure, and test parts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally to provide effective updates at executive level • Detail oriented with well-developed organizational and analytical skills. • Must be able to read, analyze and interpret blueprints, GD&T, work instructions, engineering specifications and inspection documents, experience with Out of Tolerance Reports. • Must have experience with measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, comparators and vision system equipment • Must be able to communicate technical information, both verbal and written. • Must have demonstrated ability to use shop math techniques (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division of decimals and fractions). • Experience working in a fast-paced, start-up environment is a plus.
