We're a late stage additive manufacturing start-up looking to bring on a skilled Quality Manager.

This additive manufacturing company is developing the latest technology available in the 3D printing sector. Our technology is challenging traditional manufacturing processes by adopting more sustainable and scalable methods. We are entering a high growth period and are looking to expand our Quality team.

This role is best suited for engineers who are looking to take the next step in their career by assisting in the development of a new department, implement initial quality systems/processes, & leading a small team of engineers.

Experience

- B.S. Engineering

- 7+ years of experience in a quality environment

- Collaborate with external vendors on an international scale

- Developing and implementing a Quality Management System (QMS) and CAPA

- Experienced with mentoring or leading junior engineers

- Six Sigma Certification (bonus)
