PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:

Manage Document Control and Training system and software

Develop and document Policies Procedures and Work Instructions

Facilitate development of procedures and processes

Facilitate customer SCAR's and CAPA's

Manage semi-annual Customer Survey project

Develop improvement plans based on data collected

MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTAIBLITY:

  • Develop and drive to implementation key operating procedures
  • Train user teams on new procedures
  • Develop and structure employee training software
  • Assist in developing applications for HR and Safety departments
  • Lead QA efforts in customer facing issues and projects
  • Develop metrics gathered in customer surveys and SCAR/CAPA
  • Work with internal teams to drive operational improvements
  • Collaborate with team members in writing process work instructions
  • Audit QM systems based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements
  • Assist in managing calibration program
  • Follow all company safety protocols
  • Other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

QUALITIFCATIONS FOR ENTRY:

  • Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Good understanding of technical writing and documentation
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis
  • Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Good analytical skills
  • Bachelors degree in ME or IE or equivalent work experience
  • Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles or process improvement
