Good timing! We're looking for someone to fill the Quality Coordinator position at our Watsonville, California facility! Reporting to the Production Director, you will manage, coordinate and participate in the activities associated with the current Berger systems.

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION:

• Supervise the tests in the lab according to the quality check procedures;
• Responsible to develop, update, apply and maintain the quality standards, procedures and best practices;
• Perform trials and calibrations of the equipment;
• Assure the training of the employees and their update of knowledges.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• You have a diploma in Agriculture or Agriculture Operations;
• You have previous experience in manufacturing environment (an asset);
• You are willing to learn an teach others;
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and web tools;
• You have a good team spirit;
• You are fluent in Spanish (an asset).
