As a QC Inspector, you will calibrate, test, monitor, and repair equipment and devices to ensure proper performance, precision, and accuracy. In this role, you will coordinate and manage calibration duties at Crossroads, Cable/HPump, (approx.1800 gauges) along with other administrative tasks as assigned.

As a QC Inspector, you will calibrate, test, monitor, and repair equipment and devices to ensure proper performance, precision, and accuracy. In this role, you will coordinate and manage calibration duties at Crossroads, Cable/HPump, (approx.1800 gauges) along with other administrative tasks as assigned.
As Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating 3rd party calibration every month. Reviewing advance notifications to identify and prepare for third party calibration.
- Conducting periodic inspection/calibration of all measuring instruments and testing equipment, and ensures calibrations are current conform to all applicable BH Standards and regulations.
- Getting site approvals and scheduling for all locations.
- Escorting/locating stationary gauges at Cable/HPump.
- Preparing Advance Tool Notification and Lost Tool Notification and email to appropriate owner. Archive the notification.
- Responding to Purchasing requests for gauges for outside service providers. Provide Gauge IDs for Delivery Ticket, prep gauges for shipping, issue gauges in GageTrak and archive the DT.
- Transferring gauges to different plants as needed. Record all changes in GageTrak.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED / technical certificate with 3+ equivalent work experience preferred).
- Have familiarity and work experience with gauging and mics/measuring tools.
- Have the ability to use systems and software to track, schedule, and perform maintenance tasks. SAP experience is a plus.
- Have good communication skills, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Have strong computer skills with knowledge of MS office.
- Able to work with limited supervision.

- This role is a 2nd shift work schedule (M-F 4:00pm-1:00am) with the requirement of rotation on weekends and holidays.
