Located in the beautiful Milpitas, CA we are the first 5G wireless company that is eliminating hardware and providing true NLOS performance . We are looking to hire a QMS Quality Manager to join our company.

The QMS Quality Manager will be responsible for assessing the company requirements in all facets of quality management, from product design control through production to customer order acceptance, customer service, corrective action and internal audit.

Job Details

You will be responsible for and must have ALL or MOST of the following

Job Requirements

• Prior team leadership/management experience
• Prior experience in broad quality system creation and implementation programs
• Significant and direct roles in more than one major ISO 9000 certification program
• Experience in quality direction, effectiveness of the quality management system and future implementation of the ISO 9001 program
• Hands-on experience implementing quality systems in contract manufacturing environments
• Prior wireless and Rf experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Ultimate goal is to achieve external certification of its quality systems to ISO 9000 standards within the next 12 months.
• Setting up the complete QMS system from start to achieve the certification. Certification for ISO version
• Knowledge of quality systems and system implementation to train company employees and guide the creation and implementation of effective systems appropriate to our growing business.
• Maintain a quality assessment system to monitor corporate objectives
• Oversee and direct the overall quality direction of the corporation
