What You Will Be Doing

• The ideal candidate will have diverse project experience with commercial ground up and renovation projects as well as familiarity with JOC and IDIQ contracts. Projects will include (but are not limited to): facilities construction, industrial construction, concrete (foundations and structures), equipment installation/repair (HVAC, generators), roofing, and electrical wiring.

What You Need for this Position

5+ years of relevant federal construction QC/SSHO experience and:

• CQM (active)
• OSHA 30
• USACE/NAVFAC project experience
• Prior experience with JOC and IDIQ contracts
• Prior experience with ground up and renovation work
• Commercial construction experience
• Familiarity with EM 385-1-1 protocol
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project
• Fall protection and/or NCCCO cert is a PLUS
• High School Diploma or equivalent
