Maintenance Person Responsibilities Include:

Perform and maintain work to local, state, and Federal codes.

Perform preventative and repair maintenance to all areas of the hotel

Respond to Guest maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner

Assist the Housekeeping Department as needed

Maintain guest rooms furniture fixtures and walls

Keep the mechanical and electrical hotel equipment in good working condition

Maintain indoor pool to be in compliance with health codes

Snow Removal

Keep parking lot and outdoor areas free of litter

Weekend Availability a must

Requirements:

Maintenance Person Requirements Include:

Basic handyman skills and ability to recognize personal limits

General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC & carpentry

Pool Operator Certification a plus

Ability to communicate and work well with other departments

Have a friendly, courteous, service oriented demeanor

Comfort with physically demanding work for 8 hour shift

Personable, Service-Centric attitude

Accountability and Reliability critical to success

Tuesday, Wed, Saturday, Sunday workweek
