Job Responsibilities and Qualifications:

With general autonomy, responsible for strategy and planning to align business operations with the mission and goals of a Product Service Line (PSL), including achieving the PSL's strategic and financial goals.
Manages and supervises professionals focusing on operational activities within a specified area of the PSL.
Manages Halliburton Management System process development and implementation.
In collaboration with the Regions, responsible for delivering the PSL financial plan for the year.
Maintains PSL financial forecast via continuous monitoring of relevant business events and market conditions.
Responsible for developing and implementing business development strategies, identifying potential customers, managing existing customer relationships, and monitoring customer and competitor activity and industry trends.
Collaborates with the Global BD activities of the PSL, including oversight over the promotion and selling of its products and services to internal and external customers.
Identifies growth opportunities and business model innovation, and facilitates PSL initiatives. Responsible for evaluation and financial modeling of potential mergers and acquisitions and joint venture opportunities.

Qualifications:

Requires completion of an undergraduate degree, preferably in a STEM discipline (may vary by PSL), and a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the energy services industry that includes management experience.
