Seeking a full-time Property Manager for our apartment community, Alderwood Heights, in Lynnwood, WA. This is an amazing opportunity with a company that values their teammates and company culture.

At the direction of the Regional Manager, the Property Manager will be responsible for training the team, implement and monitor operations, profitability, quality service, marketing, and resident relations of the property. He/she will utilize management skills to train, motivate, and empower the team to reach goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedule, supervise, and direct daily activities of all on-site team
• Responsible for fiscal budgetary compliance with the approved operations budget
• Compliance with management company personnel and operations policy and procedures and compliance with company standards
• Provide effective marketing and communication, including advising management of pertinent issues as related to the community, market, or other respective issues
• Plan, promote, and implement an effective Resident Retention program

COMPENSATION

We offer an excellent compensation packet including a very competitive salary (DOE), bonus potential, health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, 401k, paid time off, paid holidays, flexible spending account, etc.

Salary: $62,000 - $67,000 base, with $8,000 annual bonus potential

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• EDUCATION: Bachelor degree strongly preferred, high school diploma required
• EXPERIENCE:
• 4 years experience in various positions in a residential rental community or hospitality industry is preferred.
• 2 years of experience in a management role with a proven track record of achievements
• Proven proficiency in all areas of property management operations
• TECHNOLOGY:
• Property Management software experience preferred
• Strong internet, Microsoft Office, word processing and spreadsheet skills
• Basic knowledge of Social Media and online presence
• SKILLS:
• Strong financial, organizational, analytical and decision-making skills
• Must have excellent communication, management, and people skills
• A passion to serve residents, parents, vendors and colleagues
