Job Overview

Our client, a property management company in Boston, is seeking a temporary to hire Tenant Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will provide key support to the Property Management team in the day-to-day operation, providing outstanding service to tenants and customers. This role is Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and can pay $20-22/hour based on experience.

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:
Tenant contact and follow up
Maintain tenant contacts and emergency response information
Monitor and maintain tenant and vendor COIs
Support and maintain utility tracking
Maintain tenant communication and send out all building memos/notices
Support property management in tenant move ins/outs
Manage vendor access to building facilities and tenant spaces
Work with building cleaning and security staff to assist in maintaining building standards
Accounts Receivable
Daily cash application
Maintain and manage building work order system
Close out work orders in web based management system for tenant billbacks and process tenant billbacks in accounting system
Process all construction related holdback invoices
Process tenant monthly recurring billings
Process monthly property audit reports for PM review
Accounts Payable
Code invoices
Answer vendor payment inquires
File, maintain, and organize all vendor records and vendor related communication.
Complete all new vendor set ups and update as necessary
General Administrative Duties
o Maintain and manage building work order system
o Address mail
o Maintain all building management files

Qualifications
MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook.
Ability to manage priorities under pressure with careful attention to detail.
Individual should possess a positive disposition with a flexible demeanor to handle multiple tasks and personalities.
Individual should be a creative, self-starter with minimal task management.
Proficiency in adapting to new computer programs is key.
