Project Representative

Herkimer Central School District seeks full-time Project Representative for a construction project to be underway from October of 2022 through June of 2024. RESPONSIBILITIES will include (but will not be limited to) thorough understanding of all contract documents, inspection of work in progress, observation of testing, monitoring of schedules of multiple prime contractors, communication & coordination with architect, owner, prime contractors and subcontractors, writing daily reports, keeping of the project log, and review of payment applications. QUALIFICATIONS: documented experience in all aspects of institutional construction including earthwork, asbestos abatement, concrete, masonry, structural steel, roofing and waterproofing, interior finishes, finish carpentry and casework, heating, plumbing, and electrical work. Experience on school projects is a plus.
