Description:

a. Develop and/or maintain construction schedule for Owner b. Subcontractor scheduling and notification of schedule changes with Superintendent c. Coordination with Preconstruction regarding estimate, long lead items, and any issues d. Coordination of all project trades and owner requirements during construction e. Coordinate with Owners, Architects and Engineers f. Coordinate with municipalities on permits/inspections g. Field Quality Control & Safety h. Ordering communication with Superintendent and Preconstruction i. Maintain / monitor project schedule, quality and budgets j. Develop punch lists, perform final walk through with Owner, and attain Owner sign offs at project completion k. Owner updates on scope, schedule, and budget including weekly/bi-weekly Owner meetings l. Resolve scope and cost issues with Subs and Owners m. Sub bill approval within contract amount n. Change order management o. Weekly site meetings with Supers
