Job Overview
You will be responsible for meeting with customers, attending site and pre-construction meetings, making visits to job sites prior to bidding, weekly visits to production yards to check status, regular job site visits to check installation progress and address any potential issues, occasional operation and general maintenance of skid-steers, performing checks while on job site to ensure the skid-steer on site has been greased, potential loading/unloading of skid-steer for transport, loading/unloading of heavy materials, clean-up of debris and material from construction sites, and performing other site duties that may be required to complete a successful project.
Frequent travel to construction sites will be required so applicants must have reliable transportation; our primary service areas are located in the DFW, Houston, and Austin areas.
Project Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Attend site and pre-construction meetings and make regular visits to job sites and production yards;
Build and maintain relationships with the crew foremen
Communicate with and coordinate with all pertinent internal and external team members
Coordinate project installations with production yards, subcontractors, customer schedules, and project administration
Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client contacts for each project and provide needed project updates to those individuals
Operate and care for construction equipment and machinery;
Prep construction sites by clearing obstacles and hazards;
Load/unload equipment and material;
Perform site clean-up, including removal of debris and extra material;
Update and maintain equipment log, and job site reports;
Schedule material, concrete, and other material deliveries per job site;
Schedule 811 calls for each job site; and
Be receptive to on-the-job training for our concrete fencing systems.
Project Manager requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license - CDL preferred;
Be at least 18 years of age;
Proven success work methods in adapting to all personality types
Ability to self-manage
Ability to do physical labor and other physical tasks when required;
Ability to work in all weather;
Must be punctual and reliable;
Must have reliable transportation as daily travel to job sites, production yard and/or office are required;
Must have experience operating skid-steer and other machinery;
Must have experience in the 5+ construction industry;
Must have a self-starting and positive attitude;
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus but is not required;
OSHA 10 or 30 training is a plus but is not required.

Pay: $83,661.00 - $92,987.00 per year
