Current projects include feasibility studies, owner's representation for venue construction, facility renovations and upgrades, service and technology market research, and request for proposal (RFP) management.

Position Summary
This position is fully remote with a preference to be able to work Eastern (Standard) Time business hours. All Ground Rule companies are remote, and we periodically bring our whole team together for in-person summits where we connect with each other and discuss cross- cutting strategy and our shared mission.
This position reports to the Managing Director.
Job Responsibilities
• Practicing the Ground Rule Core Values in your day-to-day: Integrity, Excellence, Curiosity, Community, Enjoyment, and Trust. o Helping guide teammates towards practicing the values.
• Managing all project management responsibilities for Owner's Representation projects including:
o Predicting resources needed to reach objectives and managing resources in an effective and efficient manner. o Assisting in site selection and site planning.
o Managing local government processes and permits (e.g. property rezoning).
o Preparing budgets based on scope of work and resource requirements.
o Tracking project costs in order to meet budget. o Developing and managing project schedules.
o Developing and releasing RFPs. o Providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
o Managing contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables. o Interacting with clients and third parties independently.
o Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
o Providing effective solutions to project issues whenever they arise.
• Overseeing and leading teams in completing feasibility studies or other small/medium scale projects.
o Developing project goals and ensuring project goals are achievable. o Delegating tasks on the project to teammates best positioned to complete them with clear instructions and deadlines.
o Maintaining forward progress on projects ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.
• Managing a TAG teammate, providing daily support, and driving their professional growth.
• Producing error-free deliverables for internal and external communication.
• Performing administrative tasks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned across any of the Ground Rule companies.
Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of related experience (i.e. project management, pre-construction and construction, owner's representation)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Experience managing municipalities and/or public sector projects
• Excellent organizational skills, with a meticulous attention to detail
• Effective writing and oral briefing skills
• Ability to deliver within short deadlines, work under pressure, and multi-tasking skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel), Google Workspace (emphasis on Sheets and Slides)
