Responsibilities
Oversee construction projects from beginning to end
Manage the budget and estimate costs
Determine necessary equipment, materials, subcontractors and vendors
Schedule equipment and supply deliveries according to schedule
Prepare reports regarding job status
Resolve problems that may arise
Manage corporate safety plan and compliance
Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, engineers, architects, clients, and other key team members
Negotiate with subcontractors and vendors on contract agreements
Plan construction operations
Ensure all deadlines are met
Keep all stakeholders aware of progress on projects and prepare progress reports regularly
Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a related field
Construction Management experience
Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus
Strong business acumen in project planning and management
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
Multi-family experience is a must
