Description:

Actalent is seeking an experience Project Manager with commercial general contracting experience. This person would be excited to work on retail projects that are either TI or ground up.

• Managing construction projects involving all site and building systems including site development, utilities, building envelope, building systems, etc.
• Managing and coordinating subcontractors, vendors and 3rd party contractors.
• Communicate and interface with project teams including owner, architect / engineer, subcontractors, superintendents, etc.
• Managing project documentation, cost accounting, scheduling, subcontracting and other project management duties.
• Position will work collaboratively with company teams on larger projects / programs.
• Willing to work independently on smaller projects.
• May be called upon to work on small projects or service level work as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Construction management degree or something equivalent
• 6 - 10 years working on projects $1-$3 million. Tenant finish or ground up (small retail)
• Experience with Procore, Primavera P6, CMiC, Bluebeam, Office 365 preferred.
• Must be willing to travel as needed. Travel anticipated to be 1-2 day trips for project meetings, site visits, witness tests, etc. Extended travel unanticipated but possible.
