Description:

Be a proactive and skilled communicator. As a liaison between customers, contractors, architects and internal personnel, project managers internally coordinate with management, other project managers, our service manager, design team, production, service coordinators, and the sales team. Regularly represent and participate in customer-facing meetings, as well as report on the status of your projects. Create, monitor, maintain a variety of projects and activities with attention to detail. Know how to truly manage. Schedule resources and manage project costs, issue purchase orders, track and coordinate vendor materials and shipments, and - maybe most importantly - manage time. Play well on a team - and know how to be self-sufficient. Required to complete tasks with little to no supervision both in the office and in the field. Utilize project management software and office applications to effectively manage their projects, workload and to communicate with others. Responsible for visiting project sites as needed to facilitate and ensure progress. Supporting the sales team with estimates and quotes one day to visiting a job site the next, you'll get a chance to use many different skills in this role.
