What You Will Be Doing
  • Responsible for conceptualizing the initial design approach for land development projects and has overall responsibility for the engineering work.
  • Supervising and directing engineers and designers in the completion of the design and construction of land development projects.
  • Preparing and reviewing budgets, schedules, proposals and contracts for engineering services.
  • Routinely interacting with staff, clients, governmental review agencies, officials, contractors, etc. Represents the company at trade organizations and associations.
  • Assisting in business development pursuits for the Land Development Division.
What You Need for this Position

BS in Engineering or related degree

Professional Engineer License

At Least 7 Years Experience In
  • Land Development (in Municipal Utility Districts is a plus)
  • Managing the Design and Construction of (water, sewer, drainage and paving improvements)
  • Business Development
