Job Overview
Dry Force is seeking a Project Manager with a proven track record of success in the construction or restoration industry, to contribute to the growth of the Reconstruction Department. The right individual will possess subcontractor management skills and a high level of customer service. This person should be able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that is laser focused on customer service, operational execution, and growth.
Responsibilities Include:
Within Salesforce, completely Project Manage assigned residential reconstruction projects, ensuring correct production and quality control efforts meet Dry Force standards
Selling and closing the Residential Reconstruction job to the Homeowner
Building estimates using Matterport software into production
Coordinating internal pre/post-production efforts
Assisting customers through the insurance claims process
Ensure through effective liaison relationship, insurance adjuster approves estimate
Managing subcontractors, insurance companies, coworkers, and customers
Inspection of job sites on a regular basis
Effectively briefing and communicating with peers, staff and leadership
Complete all reconstruction jobs efficiently, maintaining profitable revenue expectations
Maintaining safety standards at all times
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years of Project Management experience in a related field.

Daily territory travel by company car
Exceptional customer service skills
Valid Texas driver's license
Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
