We have over 28 years as a local, privately owned General Contractor. We specialize in highway, roadway, and underground utility construction in both the public & private sectors throughout Arizona.

What You Will Be Doing

Responsibilities Include (not Limited To)

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the provisions and requirements of all contract documents, including: plans, specifications, owners contract, sub-contracts and purchase orders
• Develop Construction Budgets and interface with accounting team complete some basic accounting functions as it pertains to the project
• Review and approve - subcontractor and vendor invoices and change requests
• Manage and hire sub-contractors for all projects including writing contracts, scopes of work for contracts, etc.
• Maintain relationships with clients, sub-contractors, architects, engineers, government officials, and other related parties
• Work with Field Superintendent to coordinate all aspects of job
• Staying accountable for more than one project at a time

What You Need for this Position

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management (preferred)
• 3+ years Heavy Civil Project Management experience
• Knowledge of MAG, MCDOT, ADOT, MCAQD, ADEQ and Greater Phoenix Municipal Standard
• Team player & self-motivated
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective deadline management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency with scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, Procore, or similar)
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
• Ability to obtain a base clearance for federal projects
• Drivers license in good standing
• Ability to write RFI's as necessary
