Summary of Responsibilities
A Project Manager has the ability to manage all aspects of construction on multiple jobs from start to finish without the use of tools. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to stay level headed and organized under pressure.
Essential Functions
Managing multiple projects at a time from start to finish
Attend the schedule and consolidation meetings
Host the pre-construction meeting with the client
Monitor and take responsibility of the budget
Building and maintaining project and your teams schedule from start to finish
Schedule the trade partners and required walkthroughs
Verify all Tradepartners and PO's match scope of work before work begins
Daily contact with the homeowner on Buildertrend or in person.
Weekly walk through with home owner completing satisfaction survey
Building and approving change orders before the work is performed
Job sites clean
You and your team complete Daily logs
Organize and order all material needed for the project
Meeting with the Production Manager to review Progress,Budget,and scheduling
Approve all invoices and receipts
Manage you and your team's time cards
Responsible for ongoing autopsy and host the autopsy meeting
Responsible for all warranty scheduling one year after completion
Responsible for scheduling handyman work
Constantly improving leadership skills
Become a nari certified project manager
Obtain a Blue card & lead paint certification
Education, Experience, and Skills Required
Minimum of 5 years Experience in Residential Construction
Compensation
60,000 - 75,000 annually
