General Contractor / Owner's Representative company in the Kirkland area is looking for a Construction Project Manager to assist in securing and completing Commercial and Residential projects in the greater Seattle area. The candidate for this role should have at least 10 years of experience in construction and preferably coming from a General Contractor background . The job duties will include bidding work, estimating, subcontractor management, and communicating with owners and architects. Wide variety of exciting projects, including Woodinville Wine Village, Major Home Remodels, and Assisted Living / Retirement Communities make this job an exciting opportunity to work with a smaller family-owned company.
