Position Description: You will have relevant project management experience, specifically related to building/facility construction and renovations. You will work a hybrid schedule with some days in the office and some days working remotely. You will report to the Manager of Facilities. What You Will Do Prioritize, plan, and complete multiple simultaneous Facility projects. Coordinate efforts of team members, vendors, and general contractors. Resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met and document goals. Oversee projects throughout the life cycle. Oversee and administer construction and inspection work for ONE Gas facilities, including but not limited to: + Coordinate between ONE Gas, general contractors, and municipalities as needed for Facility projects + Complete project design, permitting and construction in line with ONE Gas facility standards + Oversee general contractors on assignments, job priorities, emergent work and job status + Facilitate weekly status meetings with team members, vendors, general contractors, and management as needed + Ensure projects can be delivered to meet customer expectations within budget, and validate that projects follow the Project Lifecycle. + Adjust and advise of needed staffing levels to accommodate changing Facility conditions and priorities. + Provide direction on next jobs in the event of an unexpected delay. Ensure general contractors maintain schedule. + Collaborate with management to ensure all pre-requisites are satisfied before the initiation of Facility construction and maintenance tasks. + Review and advise management on monthly cost center exceptions; seek opportunities to reduce O&M costs. + Develop customer and vendor relationships. Remain available and responsive to customers and vendors. + Evaluate Vendor and Service Provider competencies to project requirements. Report vendor competencies to management through a comparison matrix. Review, analyze, and recommend vendor service providers to meet the changing requirements of ONE Gas Facilities. What You Will Need Preferred Bachelor's Degree Construction Management, Interior Design, or related field Demonstrated ability in project resource planning, reporting, prioritization, and budgeting. Demonstrated ability leading projects that involve vendors and general contractors. Demonstrated ability managing multiple simultaneous projects. Demonstrated ability in project management productivity tools and software. Demonstrated ability in coordinating teams from different workgroups, managing relationships with vendors, general contractors, and customers, and eliciting cooperation from upper management. Demonstrated ability with strategic and critical thinking. 1+ years of experience developing presentations and facilitating meetings. Read and write fluently in English. Minimum Applicable driver's license. Requires travel to other locations including some overnight travel to Texas, Oklahoma, or Kansas. Mobility to travel in and around office surroundings. Ability to effectively communicate, written and orally, with vendors, general contractors, and all levels of management. Conduct oral presentations. Visual abilities sufficient to perform job duties.
