We are seeking a Technical Program Manager who is excited about collaborating with sharp engineers and highly-engaged customers to provide program and project management of existing and new projects, tackle complex problems, and operate within a complex operations environment. Our challenges are broad and deep including managing global projects/programs. We need to build flexible, scalable, high-performance and robust metrics and reporting platforms to ensure all stakeholders are provided the most up to date information on system installation status and performance. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field • 4+ years of relevant work experience in program management • Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment within a team and across groups with competing priorities • Strong leadership, project planning and execution skills • History of delivering results in fast-paced environments • Skilled in MS office products including Excel Preferred Qualifications: • Expertise in Smart Sheet or similar project/program management software • Expertise in network, system, and/or MHE automation engineering • Experience with Industry Control Systems and/or SCADA systems • Self-directed, ability to multi-task, sharp analytical abilities, excellent communication skills • Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units
