I am working with one of the top Commercial Real Estate Developers in Austin, TX that is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their team.

The project portfolio is extensive (>$2B), with multiple projects in the planning stage.

Primary Responsibilities Include

• Own the development of all construction project schedules and hold Superintendents accountable for following project schedules
• Responsible for the procurement of subcontractors and developing scopes of work for assigned construction projects
• Own the management of project costs through project management platform and invoicing by developing a relationship with accounting

Desired Skills And Experience

• Bachelor's Degree (Architectural, Engineering, Construction Management, and/or business preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in managing commercial projects, ideally Corporate-office projects, ranging from $10M - $75M
• Ability to understand the technical aspects of construction

Perks:

• Salary - $130K-$150K
